Welcome to my site.

I created this site for enthusiasts like myself that enjoy and breed redrumped parakeets but cannot find any dedicated sites on the web. The site will show my breeding efforts including my attempt to improve the European Blue redrumped parakeet and the introduction of opalines and lutinos into my stock.

The pairs that I have paired together for this years breeding season can be found in pairs 2006. The pairs have now started to produce young. As the pairs start to hatch young a link will be created showing photographs of the young birds. A breeding record for all the pairs has been created and this will be updated as the season progresses. The photographs and the breeding record can be accessed through the pairs 2006 menu.

My husband and I also breed budgerigars. We kept celestial parrotlets and a few odd pairs of other varietiesfor a time. Some of these can be viewed on the "our other birds" pages.
